Browndorf Passes the Baton, Naming Daniel Singer as Firm Managing Partner
IRVINE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Daniel Singer, partner at BP Law Group, LLP (“BP Law Group”), specializing in creditor’s rights, has been named Firm Managing Partner for BP Law Group. Mr. Singer will drive BP Law’s recently renovated Irvine office, which boasts a 5,000+ sq. ft., 33-seat state-of-the-art, CFPB compliant call center. The expansion of the office is reflective of the growing footprint BP Law Group has within the creditor’s rights arena.

Mr. Singer has grown to be the most integral member of the BP Law Group family, having only joined the team a little over one year ago. His experience in representing national businesses and large financial service companies to local firms and individuals has allowed BP Law Group to grow substantially since his arrival, while continuing to nurture and grow the relationships with their longstanding clients.
Mr. Singer has experience in all aspects of asset acquisition and disposition, bankruptcy, workouts, enforcement of creditor’s rights and remedies, and related commercial litigation. He handles cases ranging from single borrower and plaintiff disputes to large high profile class actions. He also conducts on-side training seminars and legal update presentations for financial institutions throughout the country. Mr. Singer is admitted to practice with the California and Nevada State Bar, the Federal Courts in California and Nevada, and all California and Nevada Bankruptcy Courts.
