NATIONAL HARBOR, MARYLAND, July 17, 2017 – BP Law Group is pleased to announce four new additions to the National Harbor, Maryland office of BP Fisher Law Group, LLP.

Andrew Corcoran will serve as the Administrative Managing Partner with BP Fisher Law Group, LLP at the National Harbor, Maryland office. Mr. Corcoran is licensed as an attorney in New York and the District of Columbia only and will serve in a managerial capacity with the Firm. His experiences as a lawyer, counseling several globally recognized enterprises, provides him with the unique institutional background and business acumen necessary to understand the operational requirements of the Firm. In this capacity, Mr. Corcoran will work with Susan Scanlon and staff to ensure operations are conducted efficiently, in the best interests of the Firm’s clients. Mr. Corcoran received his JD from the University of Chicago Law School.
Susan Scanlon will serve as Managing Attorney in the Default Services division of BP Fisher Law Group, LLP’s National Harbor, Maryland office. Susan Scanlon joins the Firm having previously served as staff counsel to a chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee (Maryland) from 2011 until 2017. Prior to her time with the Trustee, she was in private practice for four years with a concentration on creditors’ rights, where she gained extensive experience litigating in state court and handling a broad spectrum of legal issues surrounding Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases. Ms. Scanlon received her JD from the University of Baltimore and has been since 2007 and is admitted before the state and federal courts of Maryland.
Caroline J. Manne joins the Firm as an associate attorney. Prior to joining, Ms. Manne worked in private practice handling foreclosure and other real estate matters and earned her law degree from The George Washington University Law School in 2010. She is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in Maryland and is licensed to practice law in New York and the District of Columbia.
Tracey D. Jean-Charles joins the Firm as an associate attorney. Ms. Jean-Charles has extensive experience in litigation, real estate and corporate matters and focuses her practice on performing curative title examination and research, eviction and general litigation. Prior to joining the firm Ms. Jean-Charles served as counsel for an evictions start-up company and was recognized in the Georgia Bar Journal for her pro bono services. She received her JD from The Catholic University of America in 2002 and is licensed to practice in the state of Maryland, the District of Columbia and Georgia. She is also a licensed Title Producer in Maryland.
